At Floyd Coaching & Consulting, we ask our clients to create a list of one hundred dreams. Most of them look shocked because, well, that’s a lot of dreams. But once you get started, you're inspired to keep going.?

In addition to creating your list of one hundred?dreams, what?about creating a Dream Connections list??It?includes people you're interested in meeting. Your list may be full of entrepreneurs you’d like?to do business with, professionals in complementary industries, the President of your local Chamber of Commerce, authors of books that changed your life, and?maybe a few?major online influencers you'd like to learn from. Dream big!?

Among many others, I’d love to meet Sara Blakely, Adam Grant, and Seth Myers. Hey, it could happen. Just like with dreams, the more you share your ideas with others, the more likely you are to find someone who can help make it happen.?

Be sure to include your customer avatar on your list. For example, I’m interested in meeting CEOs and leaders building a business and currently employ at least twenty-five people. They make company culture a priority and invest in their team members. Who is your perfect client???
