Microsoft PowerPoint is a presentation program currently developed by Microsoft, for use on both Microsoft Windows and Apple Macintosh operating systems. PowerPoint, initially named "Presenter", was created by Forethought Inc.. Microsoft's version of PowerPoint was officially launched on May 22, 1990, as a part of the Microsoft Office suite. PowerPoint is useful for helping develop the slide-based presentation format and is currently one of the most commonly used slide-based presentation programs available. Microsoft has also released the PowerPoint mobile application for use on Apple and Android mobile operating systems
A presentation is a means of communication that can be adapted to various speaking situations, such as talking to a group, addressing a meeting or briefing a team. we can make a presentation in Microsoft Power Point as slides. Some of them, take more time to create or make a presentation in business act. Here, I will write a post about easy presentation which can make in 4 minutes. follow the instruction below,
- Collect some photos to create a presentations. make sure this photos are same size and inside one folder
- Open Microsoft Office Power Point
- Get a blank Slide there
- Go to Insert Menu
- Click Photo Album
- You find the Photo Album Popup menu there.
- Insert Picture from File/Disk... click to upload folder location.
- Select one picture then press CTRL + A bottom
- and Insert bottom in bellow of Popup menu
- Choose the picture layout , Text , Picture shape options.
- Browse the presentation theme if you like to change . Otherwise keep it blank this option.
- Now Click Create Bottom
- Let's get your picture in each slide of power point.
- You can change first slide to write presentation description and slide links.
