The Lord Jesus Christ called me many years ago, to serve US veterans, especially combat veterans, and their families. Primarily, my life’s purpose is to find U.S. Veterans livable employment that allows them to support themselves and their families. I know that the Lord honors them for being willing to make a sacrifice like his own: To give their lives to save others. -- Towards this end, I have been finding and creating employment for US veterans since 1970.
I have now created a program for my 501c3 non-profit, Patriotic Hearts, US Military Maintenance, that duplicates my efforts to get lots of US veterans employed well. – I made my fortune from 1970 to 2000 by building and selling commercial maintenance businesses. Now, I provide everything a veteran needs to start their own: equipment, website, documents, and step-by-step mentoring, through my veteran charity, Patriotic Hearts. – This is total business ownership. This is not a franchise.
On our monthly team call today, Chris Penwarden (US Army) shared that he now is the prime contractor for 4 major commercial property companies in Georgia. He has two US veterans that manage his business, and more than a dozen US veteran employees. Chris started 9 months ago.
US Military Maintenance is a full service commercial maintenance business. We provide cleaning and restoration services for residential and commercial properties.
Joe Padlo (USMC Gunny) also shared today. He started 2 years ago. He is our teams' recognized leader. Joe employs dozens of US veterans. He also provides a gym memberships at the Team Red, White and Blue Foundation for his crews to stay military fit; health insurance, benefits, and raises and advancements to proven leaders, He runs his team just like he ran platoons as a Gunny. Everything is done military style. Most of his employees are war veterans and wounded warriors. They love working with Joe!
Tasia Brick, is in the Navy reserves. Tasia is an extraordinary role model for modern women and girls. While deployed overseas, she got her USMM business started in her state of Colorado: hired several veterans and acquired several accounts. She has another successful business that she runs too. And she has earned several certificates and college degrees to enable her to assist US veterans for the rest of her life as a counselor. Tasia is a wonderful example of the very best women that our US military trains and gives back to society as superior citizens, who continue to give back to our country. Her US Military Maintenance business is booming. She started one year ago.
Richard Hedges (US Army), lives in rural Kentucky. Richard has built his business so large that he has managers, supervisors and employees that do the work, and get paid almost double the average wage in Kentucky. Richard says that he spends a lot of time with his kids and by himself in the woods, camping and fishing now. -- His family was in a tight financial spot when he called me. He got started with what he could afford, and then Richard applied himself diligently, just like he did on missions in Iraq and Afghanistan. He used his military training and leadership. He built a team if US veterans that care about eachother and building this business. Richard personifies that great Army spirit of never quit. When in a tight spot, he did whatever was necessary to get out. He took action, worked hard, and succeeded.
There are many more examples to relate. God has blessed this ministry. I am so humbled and honored to be associated with such great American patriots that have joined the USMM team. They are all smart, creative, passionate, driven, energetic, philanthropic, veterans that have a burning desire to help other veterans, and to provide for their families, and their US veteran employees. Financial stress and worries are being removed from their lives, so that they can better serve others.
If you want to live a more secure life, provide better for your loved ones; and, if you will find great satisfaction in employing other US veterans, then contact me: 760-730-3734/ [email protected].

8 年This sounds like a great opportunity to help US veterans. I am currently an unemployed veteran. I have been looking at joining USMM. I have had a business before but it didn't work out so I am kind of nervous trying something new. I live in a small rural area and college town in Missouri. I'm not too far from an Army post and not sure how it would work out here.
