Make my Customer - 1 Cr to 50 Cr

Well not in a mood to write today, why ???

• Awesome healthy heated boiled non-baked non-fried debate with office colleague on social media workings
• Bad food for lunch
• Stuck in traffic endlessly ( wasted 1 hr 30 mins for 1 km stretch )
• Rejected for Marriage by a girl - Since I went speechless on this particular question - "Can you fight for me with a roadside goon?" - Rather she should have asked "Will you fight with me post marriage" (Later, we had a great laugh while dropping her back home)

What uplifted my mood ?

• Humming & dancing ( Ganpati Visarjan Dance ) to the new song of "Humma Humma" from the forthcoming movie "Ok Jannu", listening it for 24th time since morning - that's the magic of music. (People were like - What happened to this guy - boogying in car in middle of the traffic )
• Gym - flexing muscles - lifting Weights - Make me feel good [ Check my Instagram for refreshed new me :) ]
• Working on being entrepreneur - more than the founder, would love to designate myself as "Chief Belief Officer"
• Finally decided to scribble here at 1.30 am in the night. ( Single guys have that liberty to work late nights )

Back to Business - Why this Article ?

• Reaching 100 Cr in short span of time ( will try to put in words )

Someone recently asked me how to scale up from couple crore business to 50 Crore - My answer was too simple - Here it goes with an example for better understanding.

With this model, you can further :

• Plan for 100 Cr
• Know the no. of customers required to actually buy the product
• Know the no. of customers required to be reached out
• What kind of Marketing Plan / Advertising Plan is to be undertaken to reach such no. of customer?
• What kind of Distribution Strategy should be undertaken ? No of Distributors / Stockiest required.

What change is required to reach 50 Cr Turnover Now ? ( Marked in Blue )

• Introduce / launch new products
• Increase no. of outlets
• Sales in every individual outlet should be increased ( Push to Pull Strategy )
• No. of Customers buying the product should increase
• Customer Reachout is at maximum

Strategies for reaching 1 Cr turnover will be different from reaching 50 Cr and further more different for 100 Cr turnover. This model can be implemented in any kind of business with little alterations.
