Make meeting FUN !
When we think meetings, the first thing that comes to mind is boredom. Many of us also agree that meetings are often stressful and a waste of time.
We've all lived it - Attending 4th meeting of the day, attention drops, on the edge of my seat, count minutes until it is over … Of course, some are more productive than others, but most of the time, participants feel indifferent, and this is all the righter since these meetings became virtual … OMG !
How to organize a meeting seems obvious, but we need a clear agenda and effective facilitator, but one ingredient that has the power to switch meetings from boring, engaging, engaging and productive is missing – FUN and HUMOR
Laughing would be a good way to make meetings cheaper and more useful.
