Make Life Count

Hiding doesn’t count. It’s the backside of making your life count.

When you hide, no one knows where you are except you (and even then, you’re not sure where you are).

What do you get out of hiding?

– Fear, laziness, emotional doom and loneliness because you’re not known

– The triumph that people don’t see you and don’t ask for anything

– The right to complain and be angry that “No one sees my value!”

– You don’t commit to anything. No choices or intentions come from you

And the opposite?

– Show yourself because you do something better than others and it’s needed

– Focus on other people, offer help, be of service

– Ask for help with a question you have

– Make a promise and keep it

– Express gratitude to someone

– Make a decision, build something, and put it out into the world

Then do it again! Every day. Give an encore. People love encores!

Having hope and a good intention will help you show up and contribute what you want and what’s needed to create the change you’re looking for and also change in the world.

Don’t hide and waste yourself and your gifts. Be present. Make your life count.
