Today was a very special morning for in2motivation team. We had a team building for ourselves.
We are doing team-building for more than 20 years, sometimes can be a challenge to find something new, we found it!
The morning was passed with smashing two cars!
And why that? And why now?
Expressing all your emotions can be a powerful tool for personal and professional growth. Often, we are taught to suppress our emotions, especially in the workplace, but this can lead to frustration, stress, and even burnout. By allowing ourselves to feel and express our emotions in a healthy way, we can improve our relationships, communication, and overall well-being.
As a company, it is important to recognize the value of emotional expression and provide resources for employees to learn how to fight without hurting emotionally the other person. Conflict is inevitable in any workplace, but it doesn't have to be negative or destructive. By teaching employees how to express their emotions in a constructive way, we can create a culture of openness, honesty, and collaboration.
One of the most important things we can give to employees is how to listen actively. Active listening means not only hearing what the other person is saying, but also understanding their perspective and feelings. By showing empathy and respect for the other person's emotions, we can reduce defensiveness and create a safe space for open communication.

Another key skill to teach is how to express emotions without blaming or attacking the other person. Using "I" statements instead of "you" statements can be an effective way to share how we feel without making the other person feel attacked. For example, saying "I feel frustrated when you don't respond to my emails" is more effective than saying "You never respond to my emails, and it's really annoying."
It is also important to encourage employees to take breaks and practice self-care when emotions are running high. When we are feeling overwhelmed or stressed, it can be difficult to communicate effectively. By taking a step back and practicing self-care, we can reduce the intensity of our emotions and come back to the conversation with a clearer head.
Overall, expressing all our emotions can be a powerful tool for personal and professional growth. By teaching employees how to fight without hurting emotionally the other person, we can create a culture of openness, respect, and collaboration. This will not only improve our relationships and communication in the workplace, but also our overall well-being and satisfaction with our jobs.
