Make every day count.

Imagine these frames:

Frame 1: Your colleague is leaving the organization-people gather to bid farewell and they only have nice things to say.

Frame 2: You are at a funeral and you recollect the great heroic moments you had together, because of the other person (now if there is an exception to that positive story we will not judge you)

Frame 3: They are shutting down the theatre in your city and some of us found it erstwhile to watch the movie, at that movie hall , we associated our growing up years with. I am going to spend more time on this frame, because here are some of my reflections.

When I watched the movie KGF I was honestly impressed by the actor’s presence and craft.  I read a little about him to discover that as a child he was passionate about acting-he spent his childhood on stage. A son of driver with the state run public transportation (KSRTC) his rise to stardom was fired by the same passion that drove him as a youngster. Yet, another instance of a reinforcement story that:

Things don’t happen overnight, we all go through struggles, it’s these experiences that make us who we are. The more I read the more I start to understand there are no overnight successes, we are all on the path to “becoming”

Now I can’t leave you without spattering the punch line from the movie that left me impressed. There were some humorous ones too, I will leave that for another day, but for now, here it is....

-If you gain courage because a thousand people are standing behind you, then you can only win a war. But if a thousand people gain courage because you are standing in front of them, you can conquer the world.
