“Make Each Day Your Masterpiece”
We all want to make each day our masterpiece. And we all know how to do it every morning, we wake up and think about the day ahead. We reflect on what regrets we have from the past year, and what goals we want to accomplish for the week. But we often forget that there is one thing we can do every day that will help us achieve our goals: make our mornings memorable.
You Have the Power to Change Your life
The only person who can do that is you. You have to start by making each day your masterpiece because you are capable of so much more than you think.
? What if I told you that there are people out there who would give anything for just one day with you?
These people may not be famous or rich, but they're important to you. People who care about your success and happiness. And these people want their lives to change too.
? So why aren't they taking action?
It's because they don't know how to make their days better. It's time for that to stop. You deserve a better life.
Do You know What You're Doing?
It's ok if you don't. We all have days when we feel like we're floundering, and we try to make ourselves feel better by telling ourselves that we're not doing anything wrong. But the truth is, there are a million things that can go wrong with us and our days and there's only so much you can do to prevent them. So for today, let's take a step back and ask ourselves:
? What is my masterpiece?
? What can I do today that will make me proud of myself?
?
Because when it comes down to it, the only way to feel good about yourself is to make sure that whatever you're doing is helping YOU. That's why we say "make each day your masterpiece."
We're all Busy
We've got a million things to do, and we're on the go all day long. We can't always spend time with friends, take a walk around the block, or even just sit down for five minutes of quiet time. And the thing is: when we don't get enough sleep, or we skip meals because we're too busy, or we don't have a place to go where we can spend some time alone… it's not good for us.
? So here's our advice:
?Make each day your masterpiece. When you feel like you don't have time for anything else, set aside some time for yourself even if it's just 15 minutes in the morning before work. Grab your phone and scroll through Instagram, listen to some music on Spotify, read a book, and call your mom (it may sound cheesy but it works). Just do something that makes YOU feel good and gives you a little bit of pleasure. And when you look back on what happened during those 15 minutes later that day? You'll be so glad that they were there.
Polish Yourself and Fight Back
Each day is a blank canvas for you to paint whatever you want. You can choose to make it about the tasks you have to do, or you can make it about the moments you want. You can choose to be lukewarm with everything, or you can do small things each day that help push yourself further and further. And yes, there will be days when it is easier to be small-minded and forgetful.
?There will be days when the gremlins in your brain tell you not to get over yourself and pick up that instrument again; they will say that it’s okay because one day isn’t a big deal. But if you listen to them, they will feed off of your attitude every single day, until all the joy of life disappears into the void. So fight back and give yourself a challenge each day. Don’t just run through the motions let people around you see your fantastic light no matter what time of day it is.
?Final Verdict
We should live each day as our masterpiece. And if we want the best morning possible, the most effective way to do that is to make memories each day. You can make memories by doing things you usually wouldn't do, or by spending time with people who uplift you. Remember, a great morning means a great rest of the day.
