This is commendable and an important first step towards a new and productive transformation.?However, there is one very important?missing link towards the successful transition...?

We Have To Make?A Decisive?Decision?

Indecision, in my view is the number one reason why goals, dreams, and visions are not completed.?The idea can be a life changer, a page turner, or?a life style enhancer.?However, until we actually apply action to the idea, it remains just a glimpse of what could happen.?Being indecisive carries?the weight of un-necessary pressure as one is frozen by the possible options, opinions, and obstacles that might take place.?It has a negative impact on careers, companies, and communities.?The lack of a decision to move forward promises the arrival of Regret especially when the timing of the opportunity passes by.?In our own circumstances, there will always be a seed of doubt, a feeling of fear, and a sliver of inaction.?However, a continued path centered around Indecision ensures that the idea will not be brought into reality.?The best way to combat this is summed up in one statement.?Make a decision! Right or wrong, good or bad, make a decision based on the information you have and the instincts you have and take the chance.?You will never see the rewards of successful results without first making the decision.?Today, give some thought to areas where you may be indecisive and the?results you are currently having to endure.?Make a commitment towards your own success by taking decisive action to own the decision and the responsibility and confidence you will have as a result. You have thought about it, now let your actions be about it. You will never know the impact you have on both your life and the lives of others unless you do.?No, it is not easy and yes, there will be days we might be tempted to second guess.?However, one thing is for sure; If you do not move, you will stand still. Even worse, if you do not shift, you will be shifted by circumstances or decisions from others.?
