The buyer, Paul Hulbert III, a seasoned credit risk management and investment banking professional, is ready to lead with the values Cullen instilled in the company for over four decades. With his wife, Lisa Hulbert, Paul brings an authentic and collaborative approach to management, aligning closely with Cullen's vision for the company’s future.
