Today, however, you will make changes and establish your priorities. HOW?
If you can't reduce the stress of a situation, try to change a situation.
Consider who and what are your top priorities.
Where are you? Be truthful. Do not delude yourself into believing that you are in the first place if your priority is, for example, material prosperity or something else. Really, where are you?
On Monday, how to change your VIEW on life so that you can deal better with stressful situations. Until then, read the tasks and do the exercises, if you haven't already.?
