Make CHANGES and ESTABLISH priorities

Did you finish the first two tasks? If so, you've learned about your most common stressful situations and how you can ease them.

Today, however, you will make changes and establish your priorities. HOW?

  • Make modifications
  • Set small goals for yourself.
  • Make your goals attainable, that is, goals you are confident in your ability to achieve.
  • Learn to say no - both professionally and personally.
  • Reduce your commitments by analyzing your schedule and prioritizing your tasks.
  • Limit the time you spend with people who cause you stress. You control your responses in their presence.

  • Take charge of the situation. Figure out how you can reduce stress in a specific situation. For example, if driving to work in heavy traffic makes you stressed, find a less congested route or ride a bike.

If you can't reduce the stress of a situation, try to change a situation.

Consider who and what are your top priorities.

Where are you? Be truthful. Do not delude yourself into believing that you are in the first place if your priority is, for example, material prosperity or something else. Really, where are you?
