Make America Great Again?

How do we “Make America Great again?” The best way to accomplish that is through the American Culture that we all share. The people create the culture of America, and its combined greatness.

What is America’s Culture? Is it a collective set of interests and expressions that we all share in common? Is it things like music, art, McDonald’s, movies, sports, the media? Let’s face it, there are many cultures-within-cultures all around the world (perhaps these are our shared international interests and expressions); it is an International Culture, or Culture of Humanity.

Power for change comes from our shared culture, the people, the masses. The more we know about each other the safer we all are.” ?William Colby. The more we know about eachother the stronger our shared culture becomes, and our culture of greatness becomes a reinforced foundation.

And who - or what entities - are in the best position to directly influence our shared American Culture? Who or what can reach the people together and help make America truly Great Again?

Corporate America employs the masses. Corporate America must keep up with the culture of technology by contributing to the culture of their people (home lives and work lives of their employees) directly.

Imagine all companies understanding their “Employee Lifetime Value”? Employees are the foundation of the company and of America, and they are the people that build the products and provide the services of American commerce…as well as nurture and influence our shared culture.

For years Corporate America has been expanding the “Customer Lifetime Value”. Well done. That is a strong beginning.
