I hope you had a wonderful Christmas and a relaxing break. For my first article of the year, I want to wish you an incredible 2025! May it be filled with good health (don’t forget to take care of yourself!), fulfilling career moments, and everything you’re dreaming of. Bonne année 2025!
As we step into 2025, I feel ready to turn the page on 2024. It was a year full of challenges, unexpected opportunities, and a few twists that took me by surprise. But it was also a year of transformation - one that helped me uncover what matters most, both professionally and personally.
This year feels like a time for action. It’s about building on the lessons of 2024, doubling down on what’s working, and being intentional about how I move forward.
Here’s where my focus will be in 2025
This year, I’m leaning into the person I want to be...
Confident. Someone who adores her family, laughs at herself often, and values strong, meaningful relationships. Less willing to tolerate behaviours that lack integrity or reliability. Grounded. Self-assured. And fully committed to helping women progress in their careers while feeling great about themselves.

2 个月Love this Gillian Fox, and love these 3 questions: What am I leaving behind? Saying yes to too many things!! ‘If it’s not a hell yes, it’s a NO’?? What could I do differently? OpEx, getting laser aware & ruthless with my profit margins and operating expenses for Scale! What could I shift that could unlock big things? Less travel for work - it’s no longer as glamorous as it used to be, especially at my age. Bottom line is... getting time back to build towards bigger outcomes with less effort.
