Make ￡120k PROFIT from Rental Property

Take a classic Shared house room - an HMO room.

Taking the first shared house I bought, which I bought for 150k, spend good money doing it up, and did not get all my money back out.

It makes well over ￡1k per month net profit.

Now it is worth ￡330k.

So 5 rooms, 1k net profit per month, ie ￡200 per room. ￡2400 per year, ie ￡24k in 10 years.

￡120k in 10 years rental profit.

And that is only one house, so what if you did this again and again and again? It is called financial freedom.

And this particular house, I did not use my own money, I bought it with Private Investor cash, I borrowed ￡167.5k to buy the property at ￡150k, and it helped with some of the renovation cost.

So you can do this with none of your own money, one room made ￡24k in 10 years, that one house alone made ￡120k in 10 years, the property went up by ￡180k and it was bought with none of my own money.
