Since its introduction, Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) has been helping organizations ensure productivity through seamless experiences, and it has quickly become the fastest-growing service in Zscaler’s history.?
Last week we announced exciting new innovations to ZDX, including integrations for enhanced monitoring of Microsoft Teams?and Zoom applications. In addition, we expanded our technology partnership with ITSM and ITOM offerings from ServiceNow to address the growing enterprise needs in the areas of automated IT incident management.?
Our mission is to make the cloud a safe place to do business and enjoyable for users. The enhancements we’ve made to ZDX address the three biggest challenges that prevent seamless collaboration for the hybrid workforce: limited legacy monitoring tools, siloed monitoring data and troubleshooting tools, and a lack of a single pane of glass to view what is impacting employee productivity and digital experiences. ZDX helps IT Operations teams to not only reduce Mean Time to Detection (MTTD) but also help reduce the total number of incident tickets that reduce the costs associated with Service Desks.?This allows organizations’ IT teams to identify and fix problems even before end users notice them.?
