What could it possibly be? It's clarity.
When a client has clarity about what they're trying to achieve, everything else follows, everything falls into place. When a buyer knows the ideal property they're looking for, somehow the ideal property just seems to magically appear. A higher degree of certainty when that property is first seen, making a strong offer, everything just sort of falls into place and you've created a great bit of momentum. And why? Because the buyer was clear about what they were looking for.
The same thing is true of sellers. If a seller is absolutely clear that they have to be in California two months from now because of the start of a project and they need to sell their home now, they have great clarity as to what's important. Life can sometimes push you towards the right type of priorities to get things done.
So the question I have for you: are you clear on what you're looking to do with your next real estate transaction?
