Why Should that be?
I have observed with dismay that most Maintenance Managers has less than 1000 connections on average on LinkedIn.
This is among the lowest across industries. And I have been wondering lately why this should be the case.
Maintenance Managers are responsible for a lot of things across critical sector our global economy. So why should they be the least in this growing age of social media and its attendant benefits to personal growth, company and industry.
The response I get is not that different from the usual:
While these are good excuses, they are no longer tenable today.
The world is shifting from the way we used to know it and if we don't move with it, we will be left behind.
Below are benefits / opportunities you're leaving on the table when you don't grow your connections:
I have organically grown my connections to nearly 16,000 using simple and unconventional methods that are value adding and professional. And I can share that systematic process with you.
DM me "LinkedIn Maintenance Manager Network" if you need me to assist you to grow your network and begin to get the benefits.
I can only take limited nos of participants at a go! Closing this out in 3 days - August 24 to be precise.
