Growing influence through our strengths

As we make strides forward, we need to not only stay connected to emerging opportunities, but also have initiative to develop our strengths. This calls for us to stay associated with our networks, remain capable and proactive amidst building our influence in convoluted times. Some ideas to keep us going:
We have unique potencies that we can use make impact and also support others. This could be through inbuilt or acquired abilities that include experience, skills sets, ?speaking, writing, philanthropy. . .while others operate best at their corner with a few people. It is about distinctively making use of our capacity to make a difference and complement another.?
Having present value is not about sticking to our past glory but growing to what is possible today. It is our responsibility to identify current channels, platforms and build capacity to target the disrupted ecosystems we would like to engage. Desires and essentials are evolving as innovations develop, calling for us to keep tabs with the changes around them. We need to know our circles, our depths and keep close to the times.?

Taking advantage of opportunities available through keen evaluation of our goals helps us remain focused in the midst of advancements available. Our agile ways of living and working have created diverse openings beyond earlier known limitations. We need to step out, be involved, take the risk and keep expanding our circles to remain positioned and maximize on available prospects.
We need to be considerate to ourselves.?As a famous saying goes, “cut yourself some slack, you are doing better than you think”. We tend to get frustrated when we do not achieve quick wins that were formerly familiar to us. It could be access to certain relationships, complexity in managing now remote teams, that speech or webinar that did not capture as great audience as we expected, among others. . .We need to pick the learnings and focus on how to make the next step forward better.?
