The main points of laboratory high temperature dyeing machine proofing

For high temperature dyeing machines to make customer approval samples, the following principles must be followed:

The proofing cloth should use the semi-finished cloth designated by the production planning department;

The proofing method must conform to the production method approved by the production planning department;

The dyes should be selected according to the quality requirements of the customer's color list;

Proofing should be based on the original sample (or confirmation sample) identified by the customer;

Under normal circumstances, the color depth of the small sample should be controlled within 5%, and the shade should be controlled above level 4

The color light should be matched with the light source specified by the customer;

The approved sample selected by the customer should be pasted with the original sample provided by the customer as a color matching basis for duplication, staking and mass production. Attention should also be paid to the original sample and confirmation sample provided by the customer.
