Planning Permission North Oxfordshire

We're delighted to share the news our restoration and extension of a prominent Grade II Listed Cottage in North Oxfordshire has received Planning Permission and Listed Building consent. The refurbishment of the historic Cotswold stone property is complemented by the addition of a contemporary stone and glass pavilion acting as a backdrop to the garden occupying the site of a former Victorian glasshouse.?

Leatherhead Regeneration

We are excited to be assisting ME Developments deliver an important residential led regeneration scheme as part of the Transform Leatherhead Riverside Quarter improvements. The scheme will provide 35 homes and bring much needed high quality housing to the area through a Gateway building which also houses café and community spaces.

Listed Barn Conversion

After a number of years helping our clients navigate the complex challenges involved when converting an historic listed barn we've finally released the finished photographs. This project took a dilapidated agricultural barn in South Oxfordshire and created a striking contemporary home which expresses the beauty of the historic oak frame through a calm, natural interior.?

Site progress in Saffron Walden?

Works on site are progressing well at our refurbishment and extension of a detached family home in Essex. The ground floor structure has been fully opened up removing a number of unsightly old conservatories and extensions, creating a vast open space which will flow seamlessly out to the external garden terrace.

Great work by JD Martin Property Services getting the bespoke steel structure in position ready for the stone cladding to the framework. Exciting stages ahead as the external cladding, glazing and rooflights arrive!
