Moving Further Into Multi-Residential

Mailen Design has taken a significant step forward in the Build-to-Rent and Multi-Residential sectors. Building works have commenced on our newest venture retrofitting and renovating over 500 apartments and communal areas at a historic residential apartment block in Central London. Our design focuses on residents’ well-being with enhanced layouts, natural light, and inviting communal spaces, with key features to include eco-friendly materials, integrated utility cupboards, and thoughtfully designed lobbies.

Fulwell Farmhouse

We are pleased to share the details of our newest residential project, a historic restoration of Fulwell Farmhouse in the Cotswolds. This project embodies our commitment to preserving heritage whilst integrating modern sustainability practices. Once two separate properties, Fulwell Farmhouse will be transformed into a cohesive six-bedroom family home with a contemporary kitchen and dining area that opens onto an expansive deck for enhanced indoor-outdoor living that takes full advantage of its country views. The design retains the original stone fa?ade and boosts thermal performance with eco-friendly materials, seamlessly blending traditional and contemporary design elements.
