Aucoot Shines a Spotlight on Lee Terrace

We are pleased to see our latest London residential project, Lee Terrace, featured in Aucoot—a platform that champions homes with integrity, craftsmanship, and a cohesive design narrative. As a practice, we approach every project with the belief that a home should be more than just a well-designed space; it should feel connected to its setting and enrich the lives of those who live in it. To have Lee Terrace acknowledged by Aucoot, whose audience understands the value of thoughtful, design-led architecture, reinforces the significance of what we strive to achieve with the homes we create.

Weald House Nominated for Building of the Year Award

We’re delighted to share that Weald House has been nominated for the ArchDaily 2025 Building of the Year Awards in the Houses category. Designed in collaboration with Peter Bradford Architects, this contemporary interpretation of an agricultural black barn is carefully embedded within the Kentish landscape, reflecting our commitment to sustainability, craftsmanship, and a deep connection to place. This latest recognition is a testament to the care and creativity that shaped Weald House from start to finish, and we’re incredibly grateful to everyone who took the time to vote. To see this project stand alongside such outstanding architecture is a proud moment for our team and a reminder of the impact thoughtful, design-led homes can have.

The Evolving Language of Retail Architecture

Retail spaces are no longer just places to shop—they shape how people experience brands and interact with their surroundings. We approach retail architecture with the same principles that define our residential work: creating environments that feel considered, engaging, and deeply connected to the people who use them. We redesigned the storefront of Fenwick Newcastle to strengthen its connection with the street, creating a more open and inviting presence. At Domus Campus, we transformed the showroom into a dynamic space for material exploration, encouraging interaction and discovery. And at Selfridges’ Designer Studio, the scheme blurred the line between retail and experience, creating an environment that evolves with changing collections. As retail continues to shift, architecture must create spaces that invite exploration, deepen engagement, and redefine how we connect with the built environment.
