The World's Oldest Professional Football Club Notts County FC Has A New CEO Courtesy Of Forsyth Barnes Sports.

Notts County FC has announced the successful appointment of Joe Palmer as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). After the team's successful promotion from the National League to League 2, the club sought a strong leader to take the team into a new era of success on and off the pitch. Global talent partner Forsyth Barnes Sports fulfilled the executive search process.?

After a rigorous process, Palmer stood out as the perfect candidate. His most recent EFL experience as CEO of AFC Wimbledon oversaw the stadium rebuild, taking the Dons back to their spiritual home of Plough Lane.

Palmer has experience of operating at League 1 & Championship level. Joe also has Champions League experience from his six years with FC Shakhtar Donetsk, enhancing the club’s strategic direction & driving revenue growth.

He has strong leadership, strategic vision, and industry knowledge to drive revenue, sponsorship partnerships and increase fan engagement. With his experience in higher leagues, international expansion, and commerciality, Palmer has the vision to take Notts County FC to new heights.
