It is a magical world...

The truth is most of us discover where we are heading when we arrive.

Long conversation with a tor-mentor & a dear friend, due to a four hour delayed flight at Mumbai airport, multiple chats with another dear friend/sounding board & nudges from the better half over the last two months, I have decided now is the best time to move on from IBM.

IBM has been an emotion for me more than a job. The last couple years have been an exhilarating journey. The ISA digital bank archetype (internal terminology) has been my learning flywheel transcending value proposition design, sales, contracting & delivery.

?The best parts were :

1. Being in the trenches of anchoring enterprise transformation, where the problems to solve were dependent on accelerated learning of the clients & ours. It was a tightrope to walk many a times, but the seat belts were always fastened for turbulent times. When the going got tough, there was always motichoor ladoo(s) as a recourse available.
2. Working with team(s), Learning from them, with them & enabling them to stay the course of their learning journey. Learning is a continuous journey, but the needle moved.

I am excited about my next step. Thank you for the trust, the space to learn, experiment & build & the backing to play my game.

A big thank you to my wife for cheer leading along the way- She hates metaphors !

It is time to explore, it is after all a magical world.
