The magic of mom-made food

Whenever?think of food?we always remember “maa ke hath ka khana” why??Because it is always tasty and special as it is made by our moms who always being perfect with indigents or spices. I loved everything made by my mom but there is always one dish that is close to our heart as I love?Mathri?made by my mom. so today I will share my mom's recipe and how she makes make.

Mathri is a fried snack that is made by using flour, spices, and herbs. it is delicious and very crispy in eating, you can have it with a?hot?chai! It can eat with chutney or sauce. you can store it for up to a month.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups maida
  2. 1/2 cup ajwain
  3. ? cup semolina
  4. 1 to ? teaspoon salt
  5. Carom seeds (1 /2 teaspoon)
  6. Black pepper crushed (1 /2 teaspoon)
  7. 3 tablespoon ghee
  8. 1/3 cup water

Recipe:

Firstly u need to take maida, semolina, carom seeds, Kasturi methi, black peppercorns,3 tablespoons ghee, and ? teaspoon salt in a bowl and then mix all ingredients with fingers until it turns crumbly and then add 1-2 tablespoons water and knead it till it becomes a dough. don't make it too hard, Add water if requires.
