Is it a matter of terminology, signifying the significance of a subject under scrutiny, or perhaps, an exploration of the "why" behind it? Regardless of how one chooses to dissect it, meaning serves as an indispensable epistemic tool, offering a clear path to progress in any endeavour.

In the realm of business, where discussions are often dominated by profit margins and bottom lines, it is easy to overlook the intangible yet formidable force of "MEANING." I would assert that within the 4Ms framework, meaning is a pillar that is frequently misunderstood or challenging to attain, particularly in the context of running a business. Drawing from my personal experiences, meaning stands as a fundamental component of the 4Ms framework—the internal cultural operating system that has brought great clarity to our pursuits at Moniepoint Group .

The renowned Austrian psychiatrist and Holocaust survivor, Viktor Frankl, once remarked, "Life is never made unbearable by circumstances, but only by a lack of meaning and purpose." While spreadsheets and strategies often hold sway in the business world, let us take a moment to acknowledge a subtle truth: meaning is not a mere abstract concept; it is a formidable determinant capable of transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary and the mundane into magic.

So, what exactly is meaning?
