It's important to use videos in your business; not only will you connect more to people that are surfing on your website, on facebook and Instagram, the live features are promoted more than any of the other post.
1.You get to be more visible
Not too long ago, having your picture on your website was enough (and some businesses don't have even that!). Now, it's almost inevitable to use a video to introduce yourself, your product or tell a story. And let's be honest - don't you like websites better where you get a real 'look and feel' from the person behind the service?!

At least, you can... if you don't read a piece of paper or an autocue. Be real, be yourself and that way you can really engage with your audience. They remember what you said on the video, the core message that you want them to take away.

Pick a time that they are likely online and will get a notice that you're live. You can promote the time, and invite them to come. That way you can really address the questions they ask.
