There was once a time when a mall was considered strictly as a collection of retailers - a place of transactional interaction. Now, malls have become hubs of shopping, entertainment and other assorted services. Palmet Mall, part of the sweeping Palm Hills 6th of October City, is testament to that

As multifaceted, multi-use complex brimming with life, the mall demanded specific requirements, with Quicrete supplying no less than 70,000 m2 worth of Quicrete solutions.?

Stretched out across a total space of 45 acres, the mall required more than just shop space. Meeting rooms to accommodate gatherings as large as conferences, a children's play area, and large prayer area were among the some of the more unique requirements of the mall - as is a large underground car park

Collaboration was the key word throughout the planning, as architects, engineers and our technical team huddled together to decipher and achieve the project's intricate details. Beyond structural demands, environmental factors were also analyzed to produce the optimum concrete mix formulations, particularly considering the sweeping natural landscapes that surround and even define the mall
