An inspirational, instructive and thought provoking message from our beloved respectable lady IAS officer Smt. SMITA SABHARWAL On school education; at AKSHARA INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL L.B.NAGAR CAMPUS on 4th annual day (7th jan 2017) she said Education is the greatest leveller. It is the only instrument which we will give to our child, which will help him or her to play a level player in the society. It doesn’t matter whether the child comes from a rich family or poor family, whether from a backward class or forward class. If the child has the power of education which will gives the wings to fly. Let them Explore be prepared for this competitive world. My request to the parents and teachers, Let the learning be a joyful experience, our world is a extremely competitive and stressful but if we teach them to enjoy the learning process, if we are with them to enjoy the learning process they will grow as a balanced and joyful human beings. And I’m sure this sprit makes them dwell into the future whichever stream they work to choose they will continue be productive and at the same time healthy and happy, so it is a quality which we imbibe from childhood which cannot be taught when they grown up and I request to the faculty and parent to allow your child to really grow as a children. We often ask them what will you be when you become an Adult, what will you be when you grown up I’m requesting dear parents and teachers ask them “what do they want to do Today that is important”. Because all of us has to grow up because we do not have choice and some of us want to be children when they grown up, so don’t make them to lose their childhood in the name of competition and stress. Let them really encourage to pursue their dreams, their passion and interests. Use music,dance,co curricular activities,dramatics and sports, because our country needs everybody, each and every one of us. Not only just engineers, doctors and bureaucrats. We need creative people because that is what a society. And my small request to mothers in particular teach your girl child to be ambitious, encourage them to question, to use their logic, in India we have a mindset a girl child should be calm, soft and obedient.Allow the girl child to really grow to their career to have a power to decide what they want to do with their life and provide them best education.
