UK wages have risen at their fastest rate in 20 years, excluding during the pandemic, but are still lagging behind inflation, with regular pay (excluding bonuses) increasing by 7.2% in the three months to April 2023 (ONS). Join us for Macmillan Davies’ latest webinar with speaker and host, Jo Banks, Executive Coach, Leadership Development Trainer, and Author.

Having successfully collaborated with Macmillan Davies on several sessions, we are welcoming her back in September to discuss:

It’s time to talk about the menopause

These days Menopause is more of a topic of discussion in the workplace but not as much as it should be, with a long way still to go!

Recent research shows that almost a million women in the UK have left their jobs as a result of menopausal symptoms. With menopause mainly affecting those in their late 40s and early 50s, this leads to women eligible for senior management roles leaving work at the peak of their career, with knock-on effects on workplace productivity, the gender pay-gap, and the gender pension gap.

More details coming soon!

To register your interest in our September event, please email?[email protected]
