Carrier unwinder / Carried decoiler.

The machine is intended for operation in the initial section of an extrusion line for the production of rubber profiles. Its purpose is unwinding steel or woven metal fabric tape serving as gasket inner reinforcement from a transport reel. The unwinding speed is as required by the extrusion line. The operating speed of the reel drive is controlled by signals from the position detector of the movable roller on the speed control unit.

The machine can work in manual or automatic mode:

• a) in the automatic mode the reel rotation speed is controlled by the signal of the unwinding speed detector and is adjusted dynamically to the current requirements of the extrusion line,
• b) in the manual mode the reel rotation speed is set by the potentiometer.
