The management of organization is not changing much even though everybody talks about transformation. We have huge jump in data. Technology to analyze data has been transformed from a supervised to unsupervised learning approach. This is due to data availability and increased processing power. We see new clustering approach as well as new tools as neural network with features extraction without preconceived data structure emerging. Very few CEOs outside of the one for the FANGs really use Machine Learning Tools to manage their business.
This video on youtube Deploying machine learning applications in the Enterprise from Peter Norvig highlights some of the challenges and explain why now.
This one explain how software development could be changing with ML at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9p45yAX-QXA

8 年I think the answer is soon! Th role of "leadership & Management" is starting to change. The focus is becoming more on data centric decision making leading to innovation and rapid change and away from managing people & talent. As the BPO organisations change their business models towards process delivery and value creation, the internal middle management layers will either adapt to get restructured!
