Last Friday, Bloomberg and our partners at Columbia's Data Science Institute and the Center for Financial Engineering held the Machine Learning in Finance Workshop 2017, where my colleague Bruno Dupire delivered a presentation entitled "Understanding what the Machines Understand" in front of a crowd of more than 300.
