What exactly is machine learning ? I would say in simple terms , Making your computer intelligent enough to provide you information or make some actions without much interference of Human . It should not be explicitly programmed to do so . In Year 2018 we have advanced Machine learning environment. Data Scientist could utilise the power of predictive analysis with knowledge of Mathematics and programming language .
Machine learning basically runs on 6 steps - Data Collection , Data cleaning, Model Training , Model Evaluation, performance analyse and repetitive improvements .
How machine Learning could Impact your investments in future and assist you in making best bet as an investor ?
Investing into properties or home , apartments are always a best bet in India and with having millions of money invested . There are many factors which upscales the value of any property such as Number of Bedrooms , Interiors , Vastu , proximity to some form of public transport (buses, Metro, etc.), shopping complexes , Retail Malls , Amenities such as swimming pools , Parks and many more is definitely and ultimately brings high value to property .
But Question comes how I could predict which house , flat or Site would be best for anyone as an investment opportunity ? With MACHINE LEARNING we could bring models which can be obtained by thorough cleansing and exploration of the input data, then build machine learning models using four different techniques and Algorithms . Its not possible to brief every technique in this article . As a developer I have implemented all these steps and they are big as context in themselves:

- k-nearest neighbours.

- multi-layer perceptrons.
With training and evaluating the models, A price report could be generated with Max and Min values of properties with years. Also utilise reports which could be visualised graphically and any inclination could be a best bet for investment . With that investment in mind , a predictive model set will also reveal you which year would be best to do resale of your investment , so that it could you fetch the best outcome . Also problem of identifying investment opportunities as a regression problem consisting on the estimation of the actual appraisal of the assets could also be eliminated.
M L had lot many things to explore and certainly the best field in science and that's why In 2012 Harvard Business Review called the job of a Data Scientist as “ The Sexiest Job of the 21st Century”, and six years hence, it still holds that tag tight and high.
