Recent Closing:

When contacted by a Returning Client, a New Jersey Multifamily Operator inquiring about a Cash Out Refinance on two of their communities with a goal to acquire another investment property.

MacGregor & Knight secured financing for a $2.25 million 10 Year Loan at a 75% Loan To Value with a Rate of 4.125% with a 30 Year Amortization.

We are presently observing 3.5% rates on Seven-Year money with similar Loan To Values on strong transactions in the market today.
