MacDermid Trecate Open Day (celebrating 50th anniversary)

Yesterday we celebrated the 50th anniversary of our Site with an Open Day that was simply amazing! There were families of our employees (and former ones) that took the opportunity to watch the place where their parents safely work; children could enjoy circus performances or play with chemical experiments prepared by our staff. Strong of our ongoing safety culture process change, with more than 1300 days injury free, we prepared a "safety game" where visitors could test their senses in a work environment conditions, reinforcing the "stop work authority" if someone feels unsafe for whatever activity is involved.

It's easy to describe in few words what we've done to have this event successfully organized, promoted and facilitated. What I'm really struggling is to describe how many positive vibes there were yesterday by all the staff involved! I'm really thankful to everyone of them and proud to be part of this team that makes every day extraordinary by their commitment, dedication and sacrifice.
