MAC6 Conscious Workspace

My first year owning Phoenix Business RadioX, the studio was located in a well known (and internationally owned) executive center about 1.5 miles from where I am now. The space was at capacity with a variety of businesses which I had hoped would be an interesting group of professionals that would want to connect, share resources and exchange referrals. The trouble was that all of our doors shut behind us when we entered our individual workspace and no one got to know each other. The halls were dark and joyless. There was no collaboration, very few opportunities to network, and no effort to support each other's success. I knew five months in that this was not a permanent space for me. This work environment did not lend itself to a conscious capitalist mindset and nor did their property management style.

When that first year lease was up, I found my home inside MAC6 Conscious Workspace. The Phoenix Business RadioX Studio is one of many suites that has a large window overlooking Broadway Rd in Tempe. The other set of windows open up to the co-work space. It's a vibrant space in many ways. It's open and expansive, clean and inviting. I love coming to work each day and connecting with the other members of our community. Everyone knows each other and is interested in finding ways to support your growth and success. My radio and podcast studio is located in 1 of 3 buildings located at 1430 W Broadway Rd, Tempe AZ 85282 and not too far away is the MAC6 "Park Lane" collaborative

manufacturing workspace.

Sure, it's quieter right now with our current covid situation; but, we are family. We're still texting, emailing, meeting virtually, swapping referrals and sharing resources; and, when we are in this entrepreneurial workspace, the MAC6 Leadership Team has taken every precaution to maintain a healthy and safe workspace; and equally important, helping us to move forward in our businesses with as much ease, guidance and support as possible.
