M&A Management in Nepal

In present context of Nepal, the options shown by monetary policy to increase paid up capital; M&A is only the relevant solution for most of the BFIs. However, M&A seems difficult as central bank has strong directives regarding it. Good management is one of the best solution for every challenges. Being a governance body, NRB should set up "M&A MANAGEMENT" policies and guidelines for BFIs and implement accordingly to meet the set up target.
