While acquisitions of VC-backed targets were on the lighter side, early-round investments sustained their drive.

???SEON, a Budapest, Hungary-based anti-fraud platform which looks at a customer’s “digital footprint” to weed out false accounts and prevent fraudulent transactions, acquired Complytron, a Budapest, Hungary-based compliance and AML specialist firm which had previously raised $440k from Hiventures, for a reported $2.7 million consideration.
