There is so much that can be said about this topic! First of all to ensure that your Cover Letter is read, you have to get them to the hands of either the Talent Acquisition or Recruiting Team. You can search for their contacts on LinkedIn of the company site.

An excellent Cover Letter shows that you tick these 3 boxes: ? You have the skills to get the job done; ? They connect with you; ? You fit the company culture

But most importantly, you have to grab their attention from the start! You have to work on a very strong lead which describes who you are and why you want to work there. Make it personal and compelling!
