LYNCHBURG'S AWARD-WINNING HOTEL

We were so excited that our COMFORT INN & SUITES in Lynchburg, Virginia has been selected by Choice Hotels International to receive the prestigious “Platinum Award” , which recognizes our hotel as one of the Top Hotels in the in county within the Comfort brand. (We were ranked #15 out of 1,015 hotels nationally.)

Since this is the 3rd straight year that we have received this award, we celebrated with an Employee Appreciation Luncheon. In addition, to being recognized with the "Platinum Award", we also celebrated our ranking as the #1 Hotel in Lynchburg by TripAdvisor (out of 25 hotels), and our recognition as one of the top hotels in the country by both Booking.com and Hotels.com.

What sets our hotel apart from others is our staff. It all started nearly 5 years ago when our owners, Dave & Susan Francis, began developing our hotel. They have been in the hotel industry for nearly 40 years in Lynchburg, and put together our TEAM COMFORT staff, comprising a combined 276 years of hospitality experience.

In order provide a "New Level of Comfort" to our guests we have developed a new program called COMFORT CARES. Our team members share the belief that COMFORT is more than just a sign on the building; it is all about the CARE that we provide on the "inside" to our guests and fellow team members.
