Watching the LUZCO familia grow has been inspiring, motivating, energizing and very fulfilling. It has also been challenging, frustrating, and sometimes demoralizing, but it is our grit, passion, loyalty, accountability and love that has allowed us to continue to leave our comfort zone and try something new. We have failed and pivoted many times. That is what success takes.

I have been blessed with the opportunity to lead change – change in the way we operate in the business world, change to truly blend our homes and work, change on redefining success, change to help others find the passion for what you do. I have also been blessed to have found a group of exceptional professionals and friends that share the same vision – a quality life and career path, filled with expertise and love. As we continue to find new familia members that share our passion and dream, there is a need to create a structure that would allow us to continue expanding, as well as building the next generation of leaders within LUZCO.

It has been through hard work, dedication and open communication that Jason Rogers has gained the respect and admiration from our clients, partners, and fellow LUZCO members. He represents not only our LUZCO values but also my values. He is an integral part of our success and our expansion and growth. It is my privilege to promote?Jason Rogers to Vice President of Program Delivery, a position that accompanies his duties as he embarks on our Kirkwood, Rochester, and hopefully Kansas City adventures.
