An American Express Survey confirms that luxury travellers now prefer wellness over everything else in their choices. 76% of respondents wanted to spend more on improving well-being while they travel. 55% said they would in fact pay more to include wellness experiences on their trip. As the analysts from the international advertising agency, TBWA’s trends division, Backslash, neatly put it: “Wellness has officially taken over travel.”
This does not mean just hitting the spa in your resort. It includes other experiences like the traditional meditative ritual on Ulaman river in Bali, that Admire Asia promises with their eco-retreat partners. Or participating in village circuits where you mingle with the locals and immerse yourself in their slow pace of life.
Or even Amatara Resort in Phuket, that is centered around Wellness and Holistic well-being. They have on-site consultants who cater to your wellbeing with comprehensive sessions during the length of your stay. In fact, their special Welleisure offers specially curates lifestyle changes and wellness programme based on customised and enjoyable way of inculcating the transformation towards well-being. The AYANA Resort and Spa, Munduk Moding Nature Plantation Resort and Spa, (Bali) Azerai Can Tho (Vietnam), Constance Hotels in Maldives and many of our other partners vouch for a completely holistic getaway.
Even the new report on the global wellness economy from the nonprofit Global Wellness Institute (GWI) agrees that a boom in wellness tourism is right here. That is why Admire Asia specially curates destinations and itineraries so that travellers can experience absolute wellness on their luxury getaway.?
