Ultima is one of the most luxurious residential projects located in the heart of Ho Man Tin, minutes from Victoria Harbour in Hong Kong, designed By HBA. With 520 modern apartments, seven houses, and still counts with a clubhouse. Inspired by luxury yachts sailing across Harbour and the former colony’s English roots. Ultima was planned to fulfil every desire, with different areas including an exclusive lobby, fitness center, modern spa, indoor ball court, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, library, bar, billiards room, and private dining rooms.?

The elegant clubhouse, with three floors, and 3,995 square meters of space, is situated on the podium below the towers. Situated on a hill in Southeast Kowloon, counts with exclusive views, such as Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong island beyond.

The architecture includes curves and aerodynamic-like details, and finally, the unique design based on a luxury yacht became more appealing and creative.
