The neighborhoods of Yemin Moshe, Mamila, Mishkenot Sha’ananim and the Jewish Quarter are considered extremely luxurious neighborhoods in the city of Jerusalem.

The Jewish Quarter comprises approximately 20 percent of the Old City. It borders with the Temple Mount and Western Wall on its east, the Old City to its south, the Armenian Quarter to its west, and the vivacious market (shuk) on David Street to its north. The Quarter is also close to the Western Wall and Temple Mount, the holiest place for the Jewish people. The houses are a stunning combination of ancient and modern architectural styles, which give the area a unique flavor and rare splendor. The Quarter is home to many places of leisure, including trendy cafés, fine restaurants and popular hostels.
The residents of all these neighborhoods are mostly from a high socio-economic bracket and there is constant and increasing demand for properties here from Diaspora Jews whose geopolitical situations in their home countries are deteriorating.
