A luxurious home to live in, entertain and enjoy

Our clients had a vision - A property that they could entertain their family and friends in, relax & enjoy life and have a great space for their grand children to be able to stay. Our mission? To make it a reality!

The canvas

The property was purchased and plans completed before the sale had even gone through (Clients that knew exactly what they wanted, a great start). The property itself would be stripped bare, with many walls knocked through to open up the space. Whilst the property backs on to Royal Liverpool Golf Course (the 8th hole to be precise) and therefore a prime location, this is what we were up against:

The property had pretty much had no work carried out since it was built in the mid 1980s. The plan was to build a rear extension along the whole rear face of the property, take away the rear wall of the property to open up the space, convert the double garage to a double bedroom with ensuite for the grandchildren to stay over, a new single garage to be built to the rear side path which was currently a wasted area of the property, an orangery with glass lantern roof to be built to the rear and lastly, to install a new rear patio and front driveway.

Everything internally would be renewed, including a full extensive rewire, a new central heating and hot water system with unvented cylinder and new windows and bifolding doors. The plan included a new larger ensuite to be formed to the new master bedroom, the master bedroom being created by knocking two rooms into one, a new bathroom and an open plan kitchen/diner/living area.
