Over the past three months, BMCP has collaborated with Luxsan to successfully conduct a specialised English training camp. This camp targeted over 50 employees of Luxsan, aiming to comprehensively enhance their English communication skills. We adopted an innovative teaching model that not only focuses on theoretical learning but also emphasises practical application, ensuring participants can communicate fluently in an international work environment.

The design philosophy of this training camp centred on balancing challenge and enjoyment, intending to provide a teaching model that could meet the employees' learning needs under the pressure of work while keeping the learning enjoyable and ongoing. The course content was extensive, ranging from basic grammar training to advanced business English communication. It significantly improved participants' English language skills and, through teaching intercultural communication, deepened their understanding and application of how to effectively use English in a multicultural context.

Our course schedule is based on an in-depth analysis of participant needs and has been meticulously designed, adopting a blended learning approach that combines online and offline modes. Through 12 carefully prepared face-to-face sessions and a 90-day online public account check-in activity, we have constructed a content-rich and efficient learning platform for our participants. In the offline sessions, we focus on interactive teaching methods to enhance participant engagement and have invited native English speakers to conduct oral workshops, ensuring that participants can practise English in real-life contexts and improve their practical language skills. Online learning, facilitated by daily check-ins, encourages participants to continue focusing on their English studies amidst their busy work schedules, effectively consolidating and enhancing their English proficiency.

This training camp places particular emphasis on the importance of cross-cultural communication. In the globalised business environment, the ability to understand and adapt to different cultural backgrounds in communication is an invaluable skill for every employee. Through case studies, role-playing, and practical communication exercises, participants learn not just the language itself but gain a deeper understanding of how to bridge effective communication between different cultures. This comprehensive teaching approach aims to cultivate participants into international talents who can comfortably navigate the challenges of multicultural communication.

Analysis and Discussion of Project Outcomes

学员的进步显而易见。课程开始时，56名参与学员的入学考试平均分仅为44.6分（满分100分），其中有24人的分数位于40至60分之间，显示了学员们的英语水平普遍处于中等偏下。然而，随着课程的进行，我们看到了学员们的显著进步。第一周的英语考试平均分提升至18.7分（满分30分），大部分学生分数集中在18-24分之间。随后的考试成绩持续提升，到了第三周，平均分进一步上升到23.8分，33名学生的成绩位于24-30分之间，显示了他们对课程内容的深入掌握。

The progress of the students was unmistakably evident. At the beginning of the course, the average score of the 56 participating students on the entrance exam was only 44.6 out of 100, with 24 students scoring between 40 and 60, indicating a generally below-average level of English proficiency. However, as the course progressed, we observed significant improvements among the participants. By the first week, the average score on the English exam had risen to 18.7 out of 30, with the majority of students scoring between 18 and 24. Subsequent exam results continued to improve, and by the third week, the average score had further increased to 23.8, with 33 students scoring between 24 and 30, demonstrating their deep understanding of the course content.

By the end of the course, the average score of the students had reached 26.8, with 45 individuals scoring in the high range of 24 to 30, nearly 80% of the students displaying a profound understanding and mastery of the course material. These figures not only reflect a significant enhancement in the students' English abilities but also underscore the effectiveness of our teaching methods. The enthusiasm, effort, perseverance, and resilience shown by the students throughout the course, combined with our carefully designed curriculum and teaching strategies, collectively contributed to this achievement. Through prolonged shadowing practice, our students have made significant improvements in their English pronunciation. Persisting in shadowing English articles daily has not only familiarised them with the rhythm of speech but also enhanced their control over intonation. The voice scoring feature in our course enables students to visually see their progress in pronunciation, serving as a crucial tool to motivate them to continually advance. With each day's practice, their confidence and fluency in using English in real-life contexts have seen a leap.

Through sustained effort and meticulously designed courses, the students have not only made a qualitative leap in language skills but also achieved tremendous progress in cross-cultural communication abilities. In each lesson, we collect key phrases for the students to record themselves, making the effectiveness of the course readily apparent. The improvement in the students' English proficiency and their international capabilities is not just reflected in their exam scores but also in their growing confidence and effective communication in real-life situations. As teachers, we feel immensely proud and firmly believe that the course has laid a solid foundation for their future success.

Moreover, the students rated "I will be able to share the topics taught with colleagues" with an average score of 4.59, showing that the course not only enhanced individual capabilities but also fostered knowledge sharing and the development of a learning culture within teams.
