A Lunchtime that lasts a Lifetime.
In 2015 I became a happier, healthier and more productive creative.
I was taught a super-simple behaviour change and habit formation method called Tiny Habits?.
It’s impact on my personal and professional life was massive.
So much so, that I trained and certified as a qualified Tiny Habits coach, to help people just like me discover and apply nothing less than a superpower in their lives.
A way of understanding, influencing, and designing effective behaviour change solutions both at home and in the day job.
I feel I’ve always been a pretty good creative; I’ve been in D&AD a bunch of times. I’ve also sat on their copy jury and work as a Creative Director for The Do Lectures. But Tiny Habits took me to the next level.
I started drinking more water, and less booze.
I ate better. Slept better. Loved better. Laughed more. Cried less. Worried less. Exercised more. And, (at the drop of a kebab), discovered the ability to lose weight quickly and reliably.
I even nailed a daily meditation and mindfulness practice. After decades of failing to do so.
At work I came up with better ideas, wrote better ads, yet took rejection much more gracefully and less personally.
And my new found insights into how human behaviour really works, (starting with my own), also helped me understand more deeply the psychology of my colleagues, clients and competitors too.
Win, win, win, win, win.
The Tiny Habits Method is simple to get your head around, easy to apply and really does work quickly and effectively.
How can we prove that?
Well, as you’d expect from such an eminent research scientist as BJ Fogg and his Lab at Stanford, we have some amazing data from over 120,000 people world-wide who have successfully integrated Tiny Habits into their lives already.
If you work in the creative industries, are a start-up, manage a team, are responsible for HR, Learning & Development, or are simply a curious company of one and would like to have a 20 minute exploratory chat on Zoom to find out more my Tiny Habits Workshop, I'm always happy to do so: You can do that now here:
Or if you're already in, and want to come along on November 7th November, you can book your place here: (btw: 2-for-1 tickets available for Creative & Strategy Teams.)
ps. AM I ANY GOOD AT THIS?:
