Each book on our list has been chosen for its wealth of information and the depth of consideration it provides. From the visionary principles in "The Phoenix Project" to the transformative leadership strategies in "Turn The Ship Around!", these texts serve as foundational pillars in understanding the multifaceted nature of IT Leadership.? As part of their tuition, all Luminaries will be provided copies of the entire library, with the option of having all books delivered physically or electronically.

This approach allows our Luminaries to digest the most pertinent information and directly apply it to real-world scenarios. Complementing our book excerpts is a collection of over 90 hand-picked articles from esteemed journals, including Harvard Business Review and Forbes. These articles are the pulse points of current IT leadership discourse, offering contemporary case studies, emergent theories, and thought leadership on pressing industry issues.? All Luminaries will receive complete copies of these articles and be encouraged to read them, though, like our books, we will generally focus on critical excerpts.
